Returns & Refunds Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026. If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.

How to request a return

1. Use our Contact Us page or WhatsApp 077 561 0094.
2. Provide your order number, mobile number, affected product, and reason for the request.
3. Include clear photos or video of the item, packaging, courier label, and issue when requested.
4. Wait for return instructions before sending or handing the item to a courier.

Return condition

Keep the product, included accessories, labels, manuals, free items, and original packaging together. Products should remain unused except for the inspection reasonably needed to identify a fault. Eligibility depends on the product, reported issue, condition, and inspection outcome.

Items that may not qualify

A request may be declined for damage caused after delivery, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear, unauthorized repair or alteration, missing parts, hygiene-sensitive goods that have been opened where a return would be unsafe, or a change of mind where the product was supplied correctly and has no defect.

Approved outcomes

After inspection, an approved claim may be resolved by replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as appropriate. The available remedy depends on stock, the nature of the issue, and applicable customer rights. Cash-on-delivery refunds may require a bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Delivery and promotional items

If the issue is confirmed as our error or a qualifying product fault, we will explain the applicable collection or return-delivery arrangement. Rs. 1 promotional items must be returned with the qualifying order when the underlying order is returned, unless we confirm otherwise.

Courier refusals and failed delivery

Parcels refused at delivery or returned after unsuccessful delivery are recorded and inspected when received. Re-delivery may require confirmation of the address and any additional courier charge disclosed to you in advance.
