Store information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and delivery information accurately. Colours and appearance can vary by device, and minor packaging changes may occur. Correct obvious errors may be corrected before an order is confirmed.

Orders and confirmation

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may contact you to verify the customer, mobile number, address, product selection, or availability. We may decline or cancel an order when information is incomplete, stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, delivery is not possible, or fraud or misuse is suspected.

Rs. 1 offers

A customer may add one available Rs. 1 offer product to an eligible cart. Unless a different condition is displayed, the cart must contain at least Rs. 1,999 in regular products, excluding the Rs. 1 item and delivery charge. One Rs. 1 item is allowed per eligible order. Offers are subject to stock, stated dates and conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be cancelled where abuse or duplicate claims are identified.

Prices, payment, and cash on delivery

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees. The checkout summary shows the product total, discounts, delivery charge, and total due. For cash-on-delivery orders, pay the confirmed amount to the courier when the parcel arrives. Any available online-payment option is governed by the payment provider's confirmation and security process.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may change due to address verification, courier coverage, weather, holidays, or other operational conditions. Please provide a reachable mobile number and complete address. Read our Shipping & COD Information and use Track Order for updates.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Return and refund requests are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order change or cancellation. Changes are not guaranteed after packing or dispatch.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false orders, impersonate another person, or exploit promotions. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where misuse is reasonably suspected.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse of a product, inaccurate customer information, or events outside reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
